At Luxe Sparkle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the funds will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@luxesparklee.com. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
